A genuine social divide between the vaccinated and unvaccinated: this is the scenario Italy finds itself experiencing in recent weeks. Indeed, with the increase in vaccinations, the boundary between the two “factions” is becoming even more pronounced: a confrontation that could turn into a full-blown ideological civil war should the Government decide to introduce mandatory presentation of the green pass upon entry to public places. An entirely plausible scenario that seems close to reality: in the coming days, the executive could indeed decide to follow the model of Macron’s France, although various compromises are being considered.

A thorny issue that is causing widespread debate, especially in light of the efficacy of the vaccines themselves, which do not prevent #infection but rather #disease, attenuating its symptoms: this can be read directly in the pharmaceutical companies' #package leaflets. Giving his view is the lawyer Alessandro Fusillo, who has always been on the front line throughout the Covid-19 emergency against certain Government decisions such as lockdowns, social distancing, and now freedom of choice.
