As you can see from the video below and the attached official judgment, they are trying to obstruct us, or rather punish us, in every possible way.
Not only was the appeal dismissed on laughable grounds, but they have imposed ignoble and unjustified adverse costs on the participants, an amount (90,000 euros, rising to over 103,000 with all "ancillary" expenses) never before seen in history!
This means they are afraid of us.
They tried to stop us in the most cowardly of ways, but they did not succeed: we are pressing ahead to bring our case before the European Court of Human Rights!
We will NOT ask the healthcare workers who courageously resist, and who in many cases are in difficulty, to bear these costs.
There are many of us, our numbers make us strong and effective, and now we need your help: with a contribution from you, however modest, you can help us meet these unforeseen expenses and continue the battle in defence of civil rights.
