DPR 445 of 2000 applies not only to law enforcement and public officials, but also to the Post Office and Banks!!
This is an extremely powerful tool at our disposal which, provided it is understood and applied diligently, will allow us to obtain all postal and banking services without having to show the Green Pass. The tool is explained in detail in this video.
