• Persons accompanying patients not suffering from COVID-19: waiting rooms of emergency and admissions departments and emergency departments, as well as wards of hospital facilities, diagnostic centres and specialist outpatient clinics with a basic green pass. (Art. 2-bis DL 52/2021)
• Persons accompanying patients recognised as having a severe disability pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 3, of Law No. 104 of 5 February 1992: waiting rooms of emergency and admissions departments and emergency departments, as well as wards of hospital facilities, diagnostic centres and specialist outpatient clinics with a basic green pass. • Persons accompanying patients recognised as having a severe disability pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 3, of Law No. 104 of 5 February 1992, as well as persons accompanying individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's or other dementias or cognitive impairments, even with certified mild or moderate symptoms: provision of care, including in inpatient wards and emergency departments, with a basic green pass. • Access to emergency department services:antigen or molecular test, except in urgent cases. (Art. 2-bis DL 52/2021)
• Temporary leave for individuals resident in facilities: long-term and residential care facilities, care homes (RSAs), hospices, rehabilitation facilities and residential facilities for the elderly, whether self-sufficient or not, social care residential facilities and other residential facilities: until 31 December 2022 only with a basic green pass. (Art. 2-quater DL 52/2021)
• Visitors to inpatient wards of facilities providing: long-term and residential care, care homes (RSAs), hospices, rehabilitation facilities and residential facilities for the elderly, including non-self-sufficient individuals, and in any event in all residential and social care facilities: super super green pass (booster) or super green pass + swab test (Art. 1-bis DL 44/2021)
