Intervention before the Constitutional Court

The Council of Administrative Justice for the Sicilian Region (the supreme administrative court for Sicily, equal in rank to the Council of State), in a case represented by the lawyers Vincenzo Sparti and Roberto De Petro, has referred to the Constitutional Court the question concerning the constitutionality of mandatory vaccination for healthcare workers. The Legal Confederation for Human Rights intervened in the proceedings with an "amicus curiae" brief to outline international law issues (breaches of the ECHR, the Charter of Nice, the Nuremberg Code, and other treaties).
