The rulings of the (un)constitutional Court

With judgments 14, 15 and 16 of 2023, the Constitutional Court rejected the challenges of unconstitutionality regarding DL 44/2021 raised by various courts. An initial immediate commentary on these three rulings; in the coming days we will discuss them in detail.
