HEALTHCARE WORKERS' COLLECTIVE LAWSUIT RESUMES

A brief video update on the healthcare workers' lawsuit. As announced, we are pressing ahead without the outcome at the ECHR and the rulings of the Constitutional Court being able to have any real impact. The fundamental issue remains the violation of the Charter of Nice, on which we demand that the court rule. The right to medical self-determination is non-negotiable, and we must not stop until it has been officially reaffirmed.
