UPDATE: GREEN PASS SCHOOL WORK UNIVERSITY COLLECTIVE APPEAL

The Court of Rome has unfortunately dismissed the Green Pass School Work University collective appeal. This is yet another political ruling dictated by the desire not to displease the corridors of power on a burning issue such as the trampling of fundamental rights committed by previous governments. The Court’s reasoning is deficient and fails to take into account a substantial part of the arguments set out in the appeal. We are proceeding to appeal because defending fundamental rights from the attack they are facing is essential. As Bertolt Brecht wrote, he who fights may lose, but he who does not fight has already lost.
