THE LAZIO TAR AND THE BUCK-PASSING OF SCIENCE

In a rather bizarre ruling, the Lazio Regional Administrative Court (https://drive.google.com/file/d/19IVCkfDpmajR1Gasi_97MY6BBWA7qMr2/view?usp=sharing) dismissed the appeal of a group of healthcare workers, assisted by an able legal defence team, who had requested access from AIFA to the scientific documentation submitted by pharmaceutical companies to demonstrate that the so-called “vaccines” against the Covid-19 disease are safe and effective.
Let us take a step back. When AIFA authorised the marketing of the well-known experimental serums, it stipulated, as would seem obvious, that within specific dates pharmaceutical companies should submit clinical trials confirming the efficacy and safety of the drugs in question. The determination for the well-known Pfizer-Comirnaty can be consulted on the official website of the government “scientists”: https://www.aifa.gov.it/documents/20142/1281388/DETERMINA_154-2020_COMINRATY.pdf. The other determinations are substantially identical.
The healthcare workers in the case decided by the Lazio TAR, given that they were forced to be inoculated with the serum under threat of losing their jobs or the right to practise their profession, submitted a civic access request for public administration records, asking AIFA to provide them with a copy of the studies in question. AIFA, after attempting to resist with a series of procedural quibbles, admitted that it was not in possession of the studies requested by the appellants because they are supposedly held by the EMA, namely the European Medicines Agency, the European equivalent of AIFA. Our domestic agency, as transpires from the TAR ruling, does not appear to possess even a single copy: it is in the dark regarding the studies on the safety and efficacy of the “vaccines” that it nevertheless continues to recommend, on hearsay, one may conclude: because the EMA reassures it.
Simple, one might say. Just request the studies directly from the source. A pity that another group of lawyers had already tried. Thus the circle of buck-passing closes.
The Constitutional Court has told us that official scientific authorities, such as AIFA, are infallible and the custodians of truth. If, therefore, these authorities certify that vaccines are safe and effective, their verdict cannot be called into question.
The scientific authorities certify the safety and efficacy of vaccines not because they have verified it, but because the EMA told them so, to the extent that the Lazio TAR officially certified that they are not in possession of a shred of documentation proving that the serums work and do not harm health.
The EMA is unwilling to release any document because vaccines are a matter of military secrecy.
Those who have paid the price are the many citizens who, trusting corrupt and dishonest institutions, chose to be inoculated with products about which nothing is known. It is time for everyone to wake up, not just us avowed conspiracy theorists, and realise that we are in the hands of a gang of criminals.
