Among the topics addressed is the superiority of healthcare entrusted to individual private practitioners over public organisations and the large private corporations allied with them. The neo-mercantilist and neo-corporatist system in which we live has nothing to do with economic freedom. Any service provided by the public sector using money extorted from citizens is necessarily inefficient, because it breaks the direct link between the purchaser and the provider of a service. Conversely, voluntary and contractual relationships are the only means of creating a free and just society based on spontaneous order.
