We publish the address given by Alessandro Fusillo at the annual conference of Hans-Hermann Hoppe's PFS (Property and Freedom Society) in Bodrum. The theme was the state of exception and the suspension of rights during the era of the fake pandemic, taking as its starting point a commentary on Giorgio Agamben's book "State of Exception".
