HOW TO RESPOND TO APPOINTMENT NOTICES FOR THE VACCINATION OF MINORS
The declared aim of the Ministry of Health and the Local Health Authorities is to vaccinate as many minors as possible. This, despite the fact that the notorious Lorenzin Law provided for the need to monitor the effects of mandatory vaccinations, the coverage levels achieved, and the adverse reactions reported. All with a view to a possible review of vaccination mandates, as also highlighted by Constitutional Court judgment no. 5/2018.
Nothing remains of these intentions, and parents are subjected to constant pressure from the Local Health Authorities to offer up their children to the voracious appetites of the health authorities.
We, the lawyers of the Legal Confederation for Human Rights, have drawn up a response template to be sent in reply to the vaccination appointment notice. We would recall, in fact, that, notwithstanding the Lorenzin Law, any medical treatment is subject to the principle of informed consent and that parents have the right to ask for and obtain all necessary information from the inoculators. Therefore, anyone who has received a notice will be able to reply using the template, which should be completed with the personal details of the parents, the child, and the recipient Local Health Authority.
Now more than ever, it is necessary to resist the project of medicalising society and the idea that everyone must undergo continuous vaccinations without any serious consideration of the necessity of these treatments and their adverse effects.
