MASKS AND SWABS ONCE AGAIN

While studies accumulate on the futility and harmfulness of masks and the unreliability of swabs, while hundreds of complaints are lodged against healthcare workers who believe they can impose these medical treatments, heedless of the order of the Lazio Regional Administrative Court which found that the order of 28 April 2023 lacks statement of reasons and the requirements of urgency, the ineffable Minister of Health has extended its validity until 30 June 2024 (the text can be read using this link).
All this while the ISS observatory confirms a 15% drop in new diagnoses, identified, let us remember, by PCR tests that produce a staggering number of false positives.

The extension of the order, its absurdity aside, changes nothing: neither the minister nor medical directors can impose medical treatment or a medical device on anyone. The Charter of Nice, the Oviedo Convention, the Constitution, and Law 219/2017 guarantee the right to healthcare self-determination. Any doctor who refuses treatment or an examination to someone who is not wearing a mask or refuses to submit to a swab commits a criminal offence and must be reported.

We must be unyielding. Now more than ever it is necessary to resist and rebel. Do not take swabs and systematically reject ministerial muzzles. We will no longer accept any healthcare farce imposed by individuals devoid of credibility whose sole purpose is to serve the shady interests of pharmaceutical companies.
