Topics covered include: - judgment no. 50/2024 of the Constitutional Court, which declared Provincial Law 4/2020 of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano unconstitutional; - judgment no. 63/2024 of the Justice of the Peace of Livorno, which quashed a fine for breaches of emergency provisions by applying the principle of the most favourable treatment for the accused, a principle capable of invalidating all administrative penalties imposed under emergency legislation and Prime Ministerial Decrees (DPCMs); - the futility of voting in the upcoming European elections and the rejection of the democratic deception.
