Let us recap once again the situation regarding the Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico (Electronic Health Record).
There are two procedures to block access to one's health data by the public healthcare system, which has already demonstrated its willingness to abuse it against our interests.

1) OPPOSITION TO HISTORICAL DATA

This serves to prevent the migration of data prior to May 2020 into the Electronic Health Record. To oppose the entry of the data, this link can be used:

There is no need for SPID or other forms of digital identity; it can also be done with the tax code (codice fiscale) and the health insurance card number.

There is a deadline to meet for opposing historical data. The procedure must be completed by 30 June 2024.

For minors, the procedure must be carried out by the parents.

2) MASKING

To mask the FSE, one must access one's own health record. Normally, to do so, you need: SPID, an activated CIE (Electronic Identity Card), or an activated health card. Of the three options, SPID is the best. The activated CIE is the digital identity they are pushing towards, which is why it should be avoided.

If you have neither SPID, nor a CIE, nor an activated health card, you can try at the counter of your local health authority (ASL). Some have succeeded because the ASL had the necessary forms. In other cases, the ASLs are not organised for these requests and wrongly state that it cannot be done. Obviously, that is not the case. Calmly ask to speak to the head of the office and point out that preventing the masking of the FSE is a serious breach of privacy regulations and that, in the event of a refusal, you will be forced to lodge a formal complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

No deadline is envisaged for masking. It can also be done after 30 June 2024, and any choice regarding access authorisations to the FSE can always be changed.

For masking as well, parents make the choices for minor children.

The important thing, as always, is to try to avoid contact with the public healthcare service. These are the same doctors who applied the protocols of paracetamol and watchful waiting, who unnecessarily intubated people who could have been cured, and who pushed everyone towards the inoculation of experimental sera. Let us try to turn to doctors who have treated their patients and fought against pandemic madness.
