FINES FOR THE OVER-50s

We are receiving various reports that the Revenue Agency is currently serving debit notices for fines issued to unvaccinated over-50s.

These are merely notices and not tax collection demands, as all deadlines for penalty proceedings remain suspended until 31 December 2024.

There is therefore no need to worry; it is not necessary to challenge the debit notices now, and we shall see what happens by the end of the year.
