Criminal complaint regarding emergency management

7 May 2021 · Admin

To find out what the Collective Complaint involves, watch the video below, where we also answer all questions.
Further down, you will find a second video explaining the supplementary complaint, with Dr Trinca's new findings of August 2021.
To participate, follow these instructions:

- If you want to file the complaint, first download the document in PDF format from this link.

- If you have already filed the complaint and wish to submit the supplement with Dr Trinca's new findings, instead, download this PDF.

- Print the complaint: one complete copy and a second copy of the first and last page.

- Fill in the field "On.le Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di..." with your province of residence.

- Fill in the blank fields immediately below with your personal details (first name, surname, place and date of birth, place of residence and tax code), both on the complete copy and on the loose first page.

- Note: if preferred, for those who know how to fill in a PDF, the above fields can also be filled in before printing everything.

- Also print a copy of the four annexes (only for those lodging the complaint for the first time):

Annex 1

Annex 2

Annex 3

Annex 4

- Take everything to any judicial police station (Carabinieri, Guardia di Finanza, State Police, Local Police), fill in and sign the last page (both copies) before the officer taking delivery of it. You must bring an identity document with you.

    - If you had already filed the complaint previously and kept a copy of the official record, it is useful (though not mandatory) to bring it and show it to the police.

    - The judicial police authority will issue a copy of the filing record of the complaint, which we will retain together with the second copy (first and last page) of the complaint.

Note 1: Alternatively, the complaint can be lodged directly with the Public Prosecutor's Office, but in this case an appointment must be made by telephone because the Public Prosecutor's Offices no longer permit open access for citizens without a prior appointment.

Note 2: Lodging the complaint is free of charge.

Note 3: The documents cited in the complaint can be consulted at this link (it is not necessary to download them).

In addition to our video, if you wish, you can watch the presentation of the complaint:
    - In Parliament, at a conference organised by MP Sara Cunial
