This is the EU document establishing the Green Pass, whilst emphasising that: “it is necessary to avoid direct or indirect discrimination against persons who are not vaccinated”. In the Italian translation, someone absent-mindedly forgot to write that choosing not to be vaccinated may be a choice.
This error was challenged, the correction was approved, but it is now presented in a separate document: at the time of writing, if you download this regulation you will still obtain the old version, without it being stated anywhere that it has been corrected!
